Delicious Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. Delicious apples, finely chopped (unpeeled)
1 c. chopped black walnuts

Preparation

Beat sugar, oil and eggs together well.
Add vanilla.
Sift flour, salt and nutmeg together.
Add chopped apples to sugar mixture and beat well.
