Cocoa Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie shell
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 egg yolks
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix and stir while cooking the sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, salt, egg yolks and milk.
    Cook until mixture thickens.
    Add vanilla.
    Be sure the pie crust and filling are cold before you pour into pie crust.
    Top with whipping cream, Cool Whip or meringue. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
