Orange Ritz Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

60 Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick margarine, melted
1/2 c. condensed sweetened milk
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix crackers, sugar and margarine.
Press in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Reserve some to sprinkle on top.
Mix thawed orange juice with condensed milk.
Add thawed Cool Whip; mix well.
Add well drained oranges.
Spread in crust; sprinkle reserved crumbs on top.
Best made a day ahead.
