Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (fresh)
    5 medium potatoes, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
Preparation
    Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix flour and Parmesan cheese in plastic bag.
    Shake a few potatoes in bag at a time and put in buttered pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    With spatula, turn potatoes over and bake another 1/2 hour.
