Curried Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can peaches
1 can pears
1 can pineapple chunks
1 jar maraschino cherries
1/3 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 to 2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Drain fruit for one hour.
Arrange in baking dish.
Melt together butter with brown sugar and curry.
Spoon over fruit and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
Serves about 6.
