Country Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 c. tomato sauce
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and blend well.
Pat beef mixture into bottom of greased 10-inch round pie plate.
Pinch 1-inch fluting around edge.
Set aside.
