Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
5 eggs, well beaten
3 sq. Baker's chocolate
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
-
Cream sugar and butter, then add eggs, melted chocolate and flour.
Alternate with milk and vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour into slightly greased tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
Top with icing or confectioners sugar.
