Quick Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. quick rise yeast
4 1/4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil or oleo
2 eggs
Preparation

In a large mixer bowl, combine yeast, 2 cups flour, sugar and salt; mix well.
Heat
milk, water and oil until warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
Add to flour mixture.
Add eggs; beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
Gradually stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough.
Cover; let rise in warm place 20 minutes.
Roll dough to 18 x 12-inch rectangle.
Spread with oleo and mixture of white sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll up dough and cut into 18 slices.
Place in pans and let rise in warm place about 30 to 45 minutes.
Bake 15 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
Frost.
