Spiced Cider - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. apple cider
    1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. whole cloves
    1/2 tsp. whole allspice
    1 cinnamon stick
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in 2-quart microproof casserole.
    Cook on 50 (defrost) for 17 to 20 minutes or until hot.
    Remove spices. Serve hot, garnished with slices of red apple, if desired. Cooking time:
    17 to 20 minutes.
