Christmas Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers, crushed
1 c. crystallized pineapple
1 c. crystallized green cherries
1 c. crystallized red cherries
2 c. pecans
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Preparation

Cut cherries in half.
Cut pineapple in large pieces.
Use pecans whole or chopped.
Stir fruits and nuts into wafer crumbs. Add milk and mix thoroughly.
Divide into rolls and roll in powdered sugar.
Wrap in plastic wrap and foil; refrigerate. Slice thin to serve.
