*Vegetable Tava("Bustan Tava") - cooking recipe
Ingredients

olive oil
2 large onions, chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
5 fresh or whole canned tomatoes, cut
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
parsley, dill, salt and pepper
1 lb. fresh string beans, cut
5 carrots, sliced
3 or 4 stalks celery, sliced
3 zucchini, sliced and unpeeled
1 box frozen peas
1 box frozen okra (cut okra)
2 green peppers, chopped
eggplant (optional)
Preparation

Saute the onions and garlic in oil. Add the tomatoes and sauce and simmer 10 minutes. Season with parsley, dill, salt and pepper. Set aside.
