Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped cabbage
1/4 c. grated carrots
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 pt. hot, weak vinegar
Preparation
-
Dissolve sugar and gelatin in vinegar solution.
When the gelatin begins to set, add the vegetables and stir.
Return to refrigerator to set.
