Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    16 oz. sour cream (no fat may be used)
    1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    After removing from oven, sprinkle with a little more grated cheese to garnish.
