Crock Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. canning salt
    4 c. water
    1 c. vinegar
    dill
    garlic
    cucumbers
Preparation
    Mix ingredients; stir until salt is dissolved.
    In a gallon crock, lay dill and garlic in bottom of crock.
    Lay a row of pickles, then dill, garlic and pickles again.
    Repeat until 3/4 full.
    Add brine.
    Cover with a plate.
    Let stand 2 to 3 days at room temperature, then refrigerate in containers.
