Potato Crust Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded raw potatoes
    1/2 c. onion
    1 c. flour
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine.
    Press into 10-inch dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
