Mock Chicken Roast With Cashew Nuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. gluten
1/2 c. raw cashew nuts
1 medium onion
5 cloves garlic
20 sq. crackers
2 unbeaten eggs
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Chop or grind (no blender) in meat grinder, coarsely, the first 5 ingredients, in order listed, in a bowl.
Add unbeaten eggs, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Mix well with hands and add 1/2 of the milk.
Put mixture in a buttered or greased baking dish.
Add milk as needed, but not too soggy.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until toothpick test comes out clean.
Should be moist, not dry.
Serve with sauce or gravy.
