Cheese And Green Chili Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Monterey Jack, grated
    1 lb. Cheddar
    6 eggs, beaten by hand
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, drained
Preparation
    Line 9 x 13-inch pan with chilies.
    Pour mixture on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Easy to make just half.
    May be frozen or reheated.
