June'S Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 qt. ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 red peppers (bell)
    2 green peppers (bell)
    10 to 30 jalapeno peppers
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    3 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. cilantro, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
Preparation
    Chop all ingredients in food processor. Put all ingredients in a pot. Simmer for 1 hour on medium-low heat. Pour into Mason jars and place in jam cupboard.
