Stuffed Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole pork tenderloin
1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 c. stuffing cubes
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
1 tsp. dried tarragon
1 tsp. dried savory
1/4 tsp. each: salt and pepper
1 egg, lightly beaten
3 strips uncooked bacon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut tenderloin lengthwise, just short of cutting in half.
Open between sheets of waxed paper.
Pound to 1/2-inch thickness.
Spread meat with mustard.
