Gaspatcho Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. mild Mexican Velveeta cheese
    1 pkg. frozen spinach (chopped)
    1 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. salsa
Preparation
    Cook spinach and squeeze dry.
    Over low heat, melt cheese and sour cream.
    Add salsa, then mix in spinach.
    Serve warm with chips.
