California Pork Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork tenderloin
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. honey or 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    4 fresh nectarines, cut into wedges
    2 zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch slices
    1 onion, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Trim tenderloin, if necessary; cut into 1-inch cubes.
    In medium bowl, stir together soy sauce, oil, honey and ginger. Place pork cubes in mixture; cover and refrigerate overnight or several hours.
