Best Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. chicken broth
    1 onion, diced
    1 c. carrots, grated
    1 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 box Velveeta cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 c. whole milk or half and half
Preparation
    Cook onion, carrots, celery and hash browns in chicken broth. In double boiler put Velveeta cheese, parsley and milk or half and half.
    If too thin, add more potatoes.
