Favorite Christmas Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    sugar sprinkles in various colors
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    After removing from refrigerator, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well. Stir in dry ingredients. Blend well. Divide dough into 3 parts. Wrap each snugly in plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours or until firm enough to roll out. Dust work surface with flour. Roll out 1 piece of dough at a time to 1/8-inch thick.
    Cut with cutters pressed in flour.
    Place on greased sheets.
    Sprinkle with colored sugars. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on racks.
