Chicken Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can finely chopped chicken
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt
few grains pepper
1 finely chopped egg
1/4 c. mayonnaise, more or less
Preparation

Drain
chopped\tchicken
and
rinse chicken in slightly warm water.
Drain again and chop finely.
Blend all ingredients together well.
Spread filling in buttered bread.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
