Bombay Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. baked turkey breast
    salt and pepper
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. curry powder
    2 Tbsp. Major Bray's chutney
    2 Tbsp. chopped scallions
    1 Tbsp. toasted almonds
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cut turkey in 1/4 to 1/2-inch cubes and season with salt and pepper.
    Blend all other ingredients into mayonnaise.
    Toss the turkey cubes with mayonnaise and chill for at least 1 hour.
    Serve on spinach leaves with black olives.
    Serves 4.
