Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 envelopes active dry yeast
    2 c. very warm water
    3/4 c. honey
    4 c. milk
    1 stick margarine (1/2 c.)
    2 Tbsp. salt (low sodium)
    10 c. whole wheat flour
    2/3 c. wheat germ
    7 c. unbleached flour
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast into warm water.
    Stir in 1 tablespoon honey. Stir yeast until it dissolves and then set aside for about 10 minutes or until volume doubles.
    Combine remaining honey with milk, margarine and salt in a saucepan and heat until margarine melts.
    Do not let mixture get too hot.
    You should be able to put your finger in it without discomfort.
    Stir into yeast mixture.
