Creamy Potato Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 lb. sifted powdered sugar
    1/3 c. mashed potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler.
    Add potatoes, salt and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Blend in sugar and mix thoroughly.
    Add nuts and knead until smooth.
    Press into buttered 8-inch square pan.
    Cool and cut.
    Makes 1 1/4 pounds.
