Frozen Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. minced onion (dry can be used)
    1/4 lb. butter or oleo, melted
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar or American cheese
    1 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, butter, salt, pepper, onion, chicken soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with crushed cornflakes.
    Pour melted butter over top.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
