Vegetable Tortilla Rounds(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. tortillas
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix
    finely chopped scallions
    assorted finely chopped vegetables (red peppers, green peppers, celery, broccoli and cauliflower)
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, dressing mix and a bit of milk to get creamy but firm texture.
    Add onions.
    Spread on tortillas.
    Add finely chopped vegetables.
    Roll up and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Must be firm before slicing and serving.
