Mexican Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Cook sugars and water together\tto
    240\u00b0 or to the soft ball stage.
    Just before
    removing
    from
    fire,\tadd
    nuts and vanilla. Beat until sort of
    creamy.
    Pour in large rounds on wax paper.
