Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    several chicken breasts, thawed
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    salt
    pepper
    1 to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. white wine or chicken broth
Preparation
    Thaw chicken breasts.
    Put in pan and cover with water.
    Add onion, parsley, salt and pepper; bring to boil.
    Turn down and simmer for 1/2 hour.
    Remove meat and cool.
    Remove meat from bone.
    Save broth for sauce.
