Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
2 or 3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
raisins (optional)
Preparation

Cook rice.
Mix eggs, vanilla, milk, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and raisins.
Pour over rice.
Mix and bake in a casserole dish at 350\u00b0 until done, about 1 hour.
