Quick Chicken Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken breast
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped red and green peppers
    1 pkg. chili seasoning
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can white kidney beans
    1 can corn, drained
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes.
    Saute in vegetable oil until brown.
    Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
    Garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese or sliced green onions, if desired.
