Mock Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
1 tsp. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Overnight makes it better.
Shape into patties.
Fry brown on both sides.
