Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 cans condensed milk
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    milk
    dash of salt
    2 cans evaporated milk
    fruit such as: bananas, strawberries, peaches, etc. (optional)
Preparation
    Separate egg whites and whip egg whites until fluffed (partial).
    Mix thoroughly all ingredients in large bowl with exception of milk.
    Pour ingredients into ice cream maker and pour milk to fill line.
    Ice down; mix until frozen.
    Be sure to use plenty of salt to the ice to lower temperature of ice.
