Cheese-Stuffed Chicken In Phyllo(Makes 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 each skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 c. chopped onion
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. crumbled Feta cheese (2 oz.)
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    16 sheets phyllo dough
    4 c. chopped fresh spinach
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    2/3 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Place each chicken breast half between two sheets of heavy plastic wrap.
    Pound with the flat side of a meat mallet until 1/8-inch thick.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Set aside.
