Mac'S Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium pkg. of chicken hearts and gizzards
4 medium potatoes
4 medium carrots
1 medium onion
2 stalks celery
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
dash of garlic salt
Preparation
-
Stew hearts and gizzards until tender.
Add potatoes, carrots, onion, celery, salt, black pepper and garlic salt and boil until done.
Serves 4 to 6.
