Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. self-rising flour
1 c. shortening (not liquid)
2 Tbsp. shortening
2 c. buttermilk
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
Preparation
-
Sift flour and add sugar and shortening.
Mix well.
Soften yeast in warm water and add buttermilk.
Mix and knead well on floured surface.
Place in refrigerator in covered bowl.
Leave at least 2 hours.
