Custard Pie Perfect - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
3 c. scalded milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
cinnamon
Preparation

Combine eggs, salt and sugar.
Add milk and vanilla.
Mix and pour into pie shell.
Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
Cook for 30 minutes more.
You put this custard in an unbaked pie shell.
You sprinkle the cinnamon over the pie before cooking.
