Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. blueberries
Preparation

Sift into a mixing bowl first 4 dry ingredients.
In another bowl, mix eggs, milk and melted butter.
Pour the wet ingredients over the flour mixture.
Stir only enough to dampen the flour. Stir in the blueberries last.
Batter should not be smooth.
Spoon into buttered or paper lined muffin tins, having the tins about 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
