Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can chili or homemade chili
    24 tortillas
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 lb. American cheese
Preparation
    Dip tortillas in hot grease to soften.
    Put in 1 tablespoon of chili, sprinkle with onion and cheese.
    Roll and place in baking dish.
    Pour large can of enchilada sauce over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    (I make my own sauce with onion, pepper and tomatoes.)
    Cook, then pour over enchiladas.
