Old English Bread And Butter Pudding With Whiskey Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices stale white bread
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Grease baking dish with the butter. Cut the bread into quarters and soak in the milk for 5 minutes.
    In a separate bowl, combine the cream, eggs and sugar. Fold egg mixture and raisins into the bread/milk gently until combined.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until set.
