Herb Batter Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

2/3 c. Ranch dressing
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. cornflakes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix egg and Ranch dressing.
Rinse chicken and pat dry.
Roll chicken in flour.
Dip into dressing mixture.
Roll chicken in cornflake crumbs.
Place on large foil-lined baking pan.
Bake until tender, 45 to 50 minutes.
