Turkey-In-The-Straw Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 meaty turkey rack with bits of dressing
    4 qt. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. dried parsley
    1 pinch thyme
    2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. chopped carrots
    4 cubes chicken bouillon
    6 oz. fine noodles
Preparation
    Combine turkey and dressing, water, salt, pepper, parsley and thyme.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Add onion, celery and carrots.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Bring to a boil and add bouillon and noodles.
    Simmer again until noodles are tender.
