Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. white sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    4 chicken breasts, halved
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Roll breasts in flour.
    Heat oil in skillet and brown chicken breasts.
    Heat first 7 ingredients.
    Place chicken breasts in a casserole dish and top with heated mixture.
    Top with pineapple and green pepper slices, if desired.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
