Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium crushed clove garlic
    1/2 diced medium red onion
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 cubed c. part skim Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. fresh basil
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    3 c. pasta
    1/4 grated c. Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Mix Parmesan, oil, vinegar, mayonnaise, garlic, onion and salt.
    Stir in pasta. Add remaining ingredients and serve.
