Butter Frosting(Diabetic Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. skim milk
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. butter
    1/3 c. granulated sugar replacement
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1 egg white, beaten stiff
Preparation
    Combine milk and flour in saucepan.
    Cook and stir over low heat until a thick sauce results.
    Cool completely.
    Combine butter, sugar replacement and vanilla in a mixing bowl, beating until fluffy.
    Add sauce mixture; beat until consistency of whipped cream.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg white.
