Toasted Pumpkin Seeds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pumpkin seeds
    salt
    water
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Wash seeds in a basin, removing all pumpkin fiber.
    Boil seeds in salted water for about 5 minutes.
    Drain, dry and put in bowl. Coat lightly with oil.
    Spread on baking sheet. Toast in slow (250 to 300\u00b0) oven, stirring often so seeds do not burn.
    When seeds are dry and crisp (about 30 minutes), they are ready to eat.
