Eclair Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    8 oz. carton Cool Whip
    3 1/2 c. milk
    1 box graham crackers
Preparation
    Icing:
    Boil cocoa, sugar and 1/2 cup milk for 1 minute.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Stir until both are melted.
    Set aside.
