Spaghetti Sauce(Diabetic Meal) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. very lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried sweet basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. fennel seed
1 (16 oz.) can low-sodium tomatoes (undrained)
1 (6 oz.) can low-sodium tomato paste
1 1/2 c. water
1 bay leaf
Preparation

Brown meat, onion and green pepper; drain off fat.
Add all other ingredients.
Cover and simmer for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
